TMS Program Pricing

One-Day TMS Total $15,000 Includes:

• Intake with one of our board certified psychiatrists

• Augmenting medications (e.g. d-cycloserine, lisdexamphetamine)

• Physician mapping, clinical monitoring, treatment delivery

• Accelerated one day TMS application by our dually trained technician/behavioral coaches

  Optional Add-On Ketamine Prior to TMS $4500 Includes:

• Ketamine Intake and Preparation session with Dr. Sarah Wichman

• In house ketamine journey with your team

• Two integration sessions with Dr. Sarah Wichman

  CHECKING YOUR INSURANCE COVERAGE

  Most insurances do not yet cover or cover very little of an accelerated one-day TMS treatment. In checking with your carrier, it may help to report the codes that will be billed.  You will need to know if you have out of network benefits, any deductible for out of network benefits you must meet, and the dollar reimbursement amount for the following codes:

  Initial MD Evaluation: 90792

  TMS Motor Threshold Testing: 90867

  TMS Treatment Delivery: 90868 (ask how many 90868 codes are allowed per day)
